How much do the seasonal releases cost?
Most six-bottle shipments retail between $182–$242. With your 20% member discount, the typical cost is $146–$194.
You’ll always be notified before billing and can review or adjust your wines.

Can I gift a wine club membership?
Yes! Select “This is a gift” at checkout. You’ll enter the recipient’s shipping details and choose whether the gift is for a set number of shipments or ongoing.
Do gift recipients receive member perks?
The recipient will only receive shipping notifications for the releases sent.
The purchaser receives the 40% welcome discount and 20% year-round discount.

When will my card be charged?
We’ll announce each release and ask members to review their account details. Cards are charged on the release date after the customization window closes.
Do I need a card on file?
Yes, a credit card is required to join. We will always notify you before any charge.
Is there a commitment period?
There’s no long-term contract. We ask that members stay for at least two releases.

How do I cancel my membership?
Email emily@katewines.com and we’ll take care of it.
How do I update my shipping address or account information?
You’ll receive a Vinoshipper login to update your address or payment info anytime. We also send reminders before each release.

Can I choose my wines?
Yes. Each shipment begins with 6 handpicked bottles, and you may customize as you like.
Can I add more than 6 bottles?
Absolutely. Add as many bottles as you’d like.
Please note: Each shipment must contain at least six bottles.
Can I skip a release?
Yes. If you skip more than two releases in a year, your membership will be removed.

How do I use my 40% off code?
Sign up and create your account.
Find your one-time code in your welcome email.
Enter it at checkout under “Have a Discount Code?”
You must be signed in for the code to apply.
How do I sign in?
Click “Sign In” on the Wine Club tab of our website, enter your email and password, then return to your cart and refresh the page.
How does the 20% off benefit work?
The discount applies automatically when checking out with the email associated with your wine club membership.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, with the exception of the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2–6 business days. We offer the following UPS shipping options:

Important Note: To ensure product quality during warmer months (May through September), we may require expedited shipping options to protect the wine from heat damage.
Adult Signature Required:
